I have developed a specialized (epilepsy) medicolegal and expert witness practice since 2002, instructed by both claimants and respondents, defendants and prosecutors, and as a court appointed single joint expert, including instructions now from several large firms and organizations. I have experience in criminal, family and civil (personal injury, medical negligence, employment) cases, including a large pharmaceutical class action. I have had formal training (Bond Solon) and experience in report writing, court appearance, and the CPR amendments (Oct 2009), and have received positive feedback from instructing parties and in written judgements both for my written reports, and giving oral evidence in court.  I am a member of the UK Register of Expert witnesses (http://www.jspubs.com/index.cfm ), involving regular re-vetting, and am also the expert advisor on Neurology for London Underground Occupational Health.
